In-person Sunday services are back!

Unity of Kanawha Valley is open for regular Sunday services while following all statewide guidelines. We are attuned to current safety protocol and will make changes as necessary, but for now we are excited to be able to see our friends in person, hear live music from our awesome musicians, and experience Sky's messages of love first-hand. We still offer live-streaming via Zoom and recorded services on YouTube for our friends that can't be with us in person.

See links to these services below:

If you are a 'spiritual but not religious' person who is seeking a less traditional approach to faith, coming to Unity may feel like coming home.
Unity lifts up a positive, practical, progressive approach to living. Unity's foundations are based on the teachings of Jesus and on the power of positive prayer.

Unity honors the universal truths in all life ways and respects each person's right to choose his or her spiritual path.
Our Vision
Unity of Kanawha Valley provides a welcoming community of
love, acceptance, and spiritual growth.
Our Mission

Through prayer, teaching and service, we affirm our connection with our source and aspire

to consistently make choices that align with love, for one another and for ourselves. We encourage creative expression through music, art, writing and movement.
We provide a safe, peaceful, loving place, as well as resources, for those

who are exploring their spiritual truth.

Our Values

Love, Acceptance, Connection, Spiritual Growth, Creativity, Affirmation, Prayer

There is but one Source of being.

This Source is the living fountain of all good,
be it love, wisdom, power - the Giver of all good gifts.

This Source and you are connected every moment of your existence.

You have power to draw on this Source for all of good you are,
or ever will be, capable of desiring.

-- Emilie Cady, Lessons in Truth

Unity of Kanawha Valley has been in existence since 1979. Check out the 10/23/22 video at the bottom of the Services Page to see Rev. Sharon Mullins presenting a history of our church.
